PUT 2 TSP LEMON JUICE INTO 2/3 CUP OF MILK - SET ASIDE
SIFT TOGETHER:
2 1/3 CUPS FLOUR
1 2/3 CUPS SUGAR
1 1/4 TSP BAKING POWDER
1 TSP BAKING SODA
1 TSP SALT
FROSTING
CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

1 3 OZ PKG CREAM CHEESE
1/4 CUP MILK
1 TBL COCOA POWDER
1 1/2 CUP POWDERED SUGAR
1 TSP VANILLA
DASH OF SALT

Directions:
Directions:
PUT ALL IN BOWL AND ADD 2/3 CUP OIL, 3/4 CUP MASHED BANANAS AND MILK AND LEMON JUICE MIXTURE. BLEND UNTIL FLOUR IS ABSORBED. ADD 2 EGGS AND BEAT FOR 2-3 MINUTES. YOU CAN ADD 2/3 CUPS CHOPPED WALNUTS TO BATTER IF DESIRED. GREASE AND FLOUR 2 ROUND PANS OR 9X13 PAN, AND BAKE AT 350 FOR 30 MIN. FROST WITH CREAM CHEESE FROSTING. (THIS IS A FAMILY FAVORITE!)
BEAT ALL TOGETHER UNTIL WELL COMBINED AND CREAMY.
