MIX FLOUR, SALT AND SHORTENING UNTIL CRUMBLY. ADD THE REST OF INGREDIENTS. (IT FEELS LIKE COOKIE DOUGH AND NEVER GETS TOUGH) ROLL OUT ONTO FLOURED SURFACE. MAKES 4 SINGLE OR 2 DOUBLE CRUSTS.
