1 JAR OF SALSA MEDIUM
1 CAN OF MEXICAN CORN
2 OR 3 BAG OF MEXICAN CHEESE OR VELVETTE CHEESE WHATEVER YOU PREFER
1 BOX OF JIFFY CORN MUFFIN MIX

Directions:
Directions:
PREHEAT THE OVEN FOR 350F. COOK GROUND BEEF, CHUCK, OR TURKEY UNTIL IT IS BROWN
THEN DRAIN THE GREASE; DRAIN THE CORN.
COMBINE THE COOKED MEAT, SALSA, CORN AND CHEESE IN TO A BAKING PAN
THEN MIX THE JIFFY CORN MUFFIN MIX ACCORDING TO THE INSTRUCTION ON THE BOX;
POUR IT ON TOP OF THE MEAT, SALSA, CHEESE AND CORN.
BAKE UNTIL IT GOLDEN BROWN
LET IT COOL THEN SERVE
