Crust
2 cups flour
1 cup butter cut up
10 Tablespoons powdered sugar
Filling
4 eggs

2 cups sugar

cup flour

5 cups rhubarb cut into slices

teaspoon salt
Topping
cup sugar

1 cup flour

cup butter cut-up

1 teaspoon cinnamon


Directions:
Directions:
Mix together crumb ingredients with your hands, two forks or a pastry blender until crumbly. Pat into a 9X13 pan and bake at 350 until light brown (approx. 15 minutes) DO NOT COOL.
Filling
Mix filling together adding rhubarb last. Pour into hot crust.
Topping
Mix the same way as the crust. Sprinkle on top of filling and bake for another 45 minutes.
