Ingredients:
Single cheese slices (American, Swiss, or Cheddar) -- one 12 oz. pack
(should have 16 slices)
Peanut butter (smooth or chunky; either will do nicely)

Directions:
Directions:
Take out as many single slices of cheese as you like. Unwrap each slice. One by one, take each slice in hand and spread peanut butter on each. Roll each cheese slice over on itself; you want the peanut butter to be on the inside. Place the roll-ups on a plate. Serve immediately or wrap plate of roll-ups with saran wrap, then refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
