1/4 Cup Sliced Almonds
1 Tablespoon & 1 Teaspoon Sugar
1/4 Head Lettuce
1/4 Bunch Romaine
2 Stalks Celery, diced
2 Green Onions & tops, diced
(1) 11oz. Can Mandarin Oranges, drained
Dressing: PUT IN SHAKER CONTAINER 6 Tbs Olive Oil, 2 Tbs Honey, 2 Tbs Apple Cider Vinegar, 2 Tbs Dijon Mustard, 2 Tbs toasted sesame seeds - Black pepper, Garlic clove (optional)

Cook almonds in sugar over low heat - watch and stir until sugar dissolves and almonds are coated. Cool and break apart. Store Room temperature
Toss greens with almonds and other ingredients. Garnish with mandarin oranges and strawberries.
