1 pkg. (3 oz) cream cheese
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp pickle relish
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 oz fully cooked ham, finely chopped
6 slices bread

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine first four ingredients. Add ham. Divide mixture among three slices of bread: top with remaining bread to make sandwiches.
