4 BONELESS,SKINLESS CHICKEN BREAST
1 CAN BAVARIAN SAUERKRAUT, RINSED AND DRAINED
4 SLICES OF SWISS CHEESE
1 BOTTLE OF 1000 ISLAND SALAD DRESSING
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

Directions:
PLACE SAUERKRAUT ON BOTTOM OF ROASTING PAN (NO NEED TO GREASE PAN) AND PLACE CHICKEN BREASTS OVER KRAUT. SALT AND PEPPER BOTH SIDES FIRST. PLACE SLICE OF SWISS CHEESE OVER EACH CHICKEN BREAST, AND POUR SALAD DRESSING OVER ALL. COVER AND BAKE AT 325 DEGREES FOR 1 1/4 HOURS.
