6 CUPS SLICED ZUCHINNI
2/3 CUP LEMON JUICE
SIMMER TOGETHER UNTIL ZUCHINNI IS TENDER
ADD:
1 CUP SUGAR
1/4 TSP NUTMEG
1/2 TSP CINNAMON
1/2 CUP CRUST MIXTURE (BELOW)
MIX TOGETHER AND SET ASIDE TO COOL

CRUST:
4 CUPS FLOUR
1/2 TSP SALT
2 CUPS SUGAR
1 1/2 CUPS SHORTENING
MIX ALL TOGETHER AND CUT IN SHORTENING UNTIL CRUMBLY

Directions:
Directions:
PAT 1/2 OF THE CRUST MIXTURE INTO COOKIE SHEET. BAKE AT 375 FOR 10 MIN. ADD 1/2 TSP CINNAMON TO OTHER HALF OF CRUST MIX. SPREAD COOLED ZUCHINNI OVER BAKED CRUST. TOP WITH OTHER HALF OF CRUST MIXTURE AND BAKE ANOTHER 30 MIN AT 375 DEGREES.
