1 graham cracker crumb crust
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/3 cup Real Lemon Juice
1 tsp vanilla extract or 2 tsp imitation vanilla
Lemon Topping:
1/3 cup sugar
2 1/2 tsp cornstarch. Add 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup of water and 1 egg yolk;
1 Tbs Butter

Directions:
Directions:
In mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat
in condensed milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into graham cracker crust. Top with Lemon Topping (listed below). Let chill for 3 hours.

Lemon Topping: In saucepan, combine 1/3 cup sugar and 2 1/2 tsp cornstarch. Add 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup of water and
1 egg yolk; mix well. Place over medium heat. Cook and stir until thickened. Stir in 1 tablespoon butter until melted. Spread on pie.
