1 pkg 8oz thin egg noodles
11/2 lbs ground beef
3 cans 8oz tomato sauce
1 Tbsp sugar
1 pkg cream cheese
1 c cheddar cheese grated
1/3 c chopped onions
or green onions
1 clove garlic minced
1 Tbsp butter
Salt & pepper
1 c cottage cheese
c sour cream
c green pepper chopped

Heat oven to 350, cook noodles according to pkg. Brown beef, and garlic in butter, add tomato sauce, sugar, salt and pepper. Set aside. Blend the cheese mixture. In greased 9x13 casserole dish put half of cooked noodles, then layer of cheese mixture, then rest of noodles, cover with ground beef mixture & top with cheddar cheese. Bake 30 minutes.
