1/3 Cup lemon juice
Cup finely chopped onion
Cup olive oil
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1 Tablespoon cracked black pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced

2 teaspoons grated lemon peel

teaspoon salt

4 chiken quartes (about 2 pounds)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine lemon juice, onion, oil, sugar, pepper, garlic, lemon peel and slat in small bowl; reserve 2 tablespoons marinade. Combine remaining marinade and chicken in large resealable plastic food storage bag. Seal bag;knead to coat refrigerate at least 4 hours. Or overnight. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Grill or bake until done, turning several times, basting often with reserved marinade.
