3 strips bacon
1 lg. or 2 medium onions
1 qt. canned tomatoes
1 lb. cheese, grated
macaroni, cooked
6 lean pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions & bacon. Add to cooked macaroni along with the canned tomatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Add grated chesse to mixture.

Brown pork chops. Season with salt & pepper. Proportions of meat and macaroni are your choice. Arrange pork chops in casserole dish. Cover with macaroni mixture and sprinkle additional cheese on top, if desired. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Ground beef may be substituted for pork
chops if desired.
