1 lb Ground Beef
Season to taste
1 8oz bag of Cheddar Cheese
8 Corn Tortillas
1 can of Enchilladas sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef, season to taste. drain.
Lightly brown tortillas on both sides.
Roll ground beef onto shell, place them in a small
pan. Top with cheese and enchiladas sauce. Bake at 355 degrees are until cheese has melted.
