4 cups squash
1 medium onion
3 beaten eggs
12 crushed saltines
1 pack dry ranch-dressing mix
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated cheese (cheddar)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook together squash & onion until fork tender.
Mix together remaining ingredients. Add drained squash and onions. Pour into 8 inch pyrex dish. Cover with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned.
