3 C cooked wild rice (about 2/3 cup, uncooked)
1 1/2 C diced cooked chicken
1 1/2 C green grapes, halved
1 C cashew nuts
1 C sliced water chestnuts, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 C mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cooked wild rice, chicken, grapes, nuts and water chestnuts. Add mayonnaise. Toss and chill at least 24 hours. Serve on lettuce leaves.
