1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
Chopped onion
Chopped celery
1-2 C rice (uncooked)
2-3 cans tomato sauce
Garlic salt
Salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with onion and celery. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until rice is done.

Especially for you Jess. This simple recipe has been your favorite since you were little. In fact, any time we had rice you were happy. Remember we use to tease you about being from China. You would have eaten rice at every meal if I would have let you. Enjoy!
