Ingredients:  
1 head cauliflower - cut up
1 large bunch broccoli - cut up
1 C raisins
1/2 C pecans - chopped
2-3 apples - cored and chopped (don't peel)
10 slices crisp bacon, broken up
1/4 C diced onion (optional)

Dressing:
1 1/2 C mayonnaise
1/2 C sugar
2 T apple cider vinegar

Toss salad ingredients and dressing together. Chill.

This salad is a variation of the traditional Waldorf. You may use less sugar if you like.
