1 1/2 C water
1 T dry onion
1 stick margarine
1 16 oz. pkg. broccoli
1 1/2 C Minute Rice
8 oz. jar Cheese Whiz
1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
Bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to a boil 1 1/2 C water, onion, and margarine. Add frozen broccoli and cook 5 minutes. (Do not drain). Cook 1 1/2 C rice according to pkg. directions. Take off heat and add 8 oz. Cheese Whiz and 1 can cream of celery soup. Mix all ingredients. Cover with bread crumbs. Bake @ 350 for 30-40 minutes.
