8-10 medium potatoes
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 8 oz. sour cream
2 T margarine
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 C grated cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Pare and cook potatoes in salted water until tender (30-40 minutes). Drain, mash and beat in cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic salt until light and fluffy. Spoon into a buttered 2 qt. casserole, dot with butter, sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake @ 350 for 1 hour.
