1 PKG YELLOW CAKE MIX (RESERVE 1 CUP FOR TOPPING) 1/3 CUP MELTED MARGARINE OR BUTTER 1 EGG 3 CUPS CANNED OR FRESH COOKED PUMPKIN 2 EGGS 2 1/2 CUPS MILK 2 1/4 TSP PUMPKIN PIE SPICE 1 CUP BROWN SUGAR
TOPPING: 1 CUP RESERVED CAKE MIX 1/4 CUP SUGAR 1 TSP CINNAMON 1/4 CUP BUTTER (DO NOT MELT)
MIX THESE FIRST THREE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND PRESS IN BOTTOM OF 9X13 PAN MIX TOGETHER NEXT 5 INGRIEDIENTS AND POUR OVER CRUSH. MIX TOGETHER TOPPING INGRIEDIENTS AND SPRINKLE OVER PUMPKIN MIXTURE. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 40-50 MINUTES. COOL, AND TOP WITH WHIPPED CREAM. ENJOY!
