2 WHOLE GARLIC BULBS
1 TSP OF OLIVE OIL
2 LBS OF POTATOES
1/2 CUP MILK
2 OZ OF BUTTER
FRESH PARSLEY OR CILANTRO SPRIG
BREATH MINTS (FOR AFTER)

Directions:
Directions:
SEPARATE BULBS INTO CLOVES AND PLACE IN ALUMINUM FOIL
DRIZZLE OIL OVER CLOVES AND
BAKE AT 400 DEGREES FOR ONE HOUR

20 MINUTES BEFORE GARLIC IS DONE BOIL POTATOES FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL TENDER

ONCE GARLIC IS FINISHED..LET COOL FOR A FEW MINUTES THEN PEEL AND PRESS IN A SAUCEPAN ..ADD MILK, BUTTER, SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE. HEAT GENTLY WHILE STIRRING UNTIL BUTTER IS MELTED AND MIXED WELL.. .

DRAIN AND MASH POTATOES .. ADD YOUR GARLIC MIXTURE AND SERVE...
