Swiss Spinach-Strawberry Salad

Fresh spinach. 1 handful/person
Fresh Strawberries
small onion, chopped
tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. vinegar, cider or other
2 tbsp. honey
Optional sesame seeds, poppy seed, almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Wash spinach and strawberries, drain on paper towels. Cut spinach into bite-size pieces. Cut berries into quarters or halves. Place berries and spinach in bowl.

Combine onion, Worcestershire sauce, oil, vinegar and honey. Blend well in blender. Add some seeds. Pour sufficient amount over salad, toss in remaining seeds. Extra dressing will keep. Enjoy this sweet and delicious salad.
