1/2 stick of margarine or butter
1/4 cup chopped onion
20 oz frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
(1) 8 oz cheese whiz
1 cup cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer broccoli, margarine (butter), soup and onion until broccoli is thawed and slightly tender.

Add cheese whiz and cooked rice. Put into casserole dish, cover, bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Optional: Cover, bake for 25 minutes, remove cover top with fried onion strings 5 minutes or until brown.
