2-3 lbs. chicken-cut up
1 cup uncooked rice
3 cups water, (add more if needed)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Grease large flat casserole dish. Sprinkle rice over bottom, lay pieces of chicken on rice. Mix Mushroom soup and water, pour over chicken, top with dry onion soup mix. Cover with foil or lid and bake 1 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees
