1 egg - beaten
1 pkg. Martha white cornbread mix
1 can cream style corn
2/3 cup milk
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. chili powder
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup green peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients. Set aside. Brown ground beef, drain off fat. Add onions, green peppers and chili powder. Pour half of the cornbread mixture in a greased 9-inch casserole dish. Cover with ground beef mixture and a layer of cheese. Pour the rest of the cornbread mixture over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
