2 C finely crushed creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies (about 24 cookies)
3 T butter or margarine, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted.

Preheat oven to 300. Combine cookie crumbs and butter; press firmly on bottom of ungreased 13x9 inch pan. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Pour half the batter evenly over prepared crust. Stir melted chocolate into remaining batter; spoon over vanilla batter. With table knife of metal spatula, gently swirl through batter to marble. Bake 45-50 minutes or until set. Cool. Chill. Cut into bars. Store covered in refrigerator.

Helpful Hint: For best distribution of added ingredients (chocolate chips, nuts, etc.) or for even marbling, do not oversoften or overbeat the cream cheese.
