1/3 C butter or margarine, softened
2/3 C sugar
2 eggs
2 T milk
1 3/4 C flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 C mashed ripe banana
1 C Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Lightly grease 8x4x2 inch loaf pan. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl on medium speed of mixer until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add milk; beat until blended. Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda; add alternately with banana to butter mixture, beating until smooth after each addition. Gently fold in chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 60-65 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely. For easier slicing, wrap in foil and store overnight.
