Ingredients:  
About 2 quarts chicken broth, seasoned with the following:
1 medium onion, quartered
1 large clove garlic, quartered
1 rib celery



Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil. Then lower heat and simmer about 1 hr. Be sure you have 1 qt. of liquid when finished. Remove onion, garlic and celery before using.
