4 Slices Toast (remove crust)
4 slices of fried ham
4 eggs (poached)
Hollandaise sauce

Directions:
Directions:
cut ham slices the size of toast, and place ham on top of toast. on top of each piece place a poached egg and cover with hollandaise sauce. Serve at once.
