5 hard cooked eggs
1/2 cup salad oil
1/4 lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mash egg yolks in bowl. Add oil and mix well, add lemon juice, salt and pepper. break egg whites in small pieces and add stil well, serve on lettuce wedges.
