45 Ritz Crackers
3/4 C Chopped Nuts
1 Tsp Vanila
4 Egg Whites whipped with 1 C Sugar


Topping: 1/2 pt Cream Whipped, 1 C Toasted Coconut and 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crushed crackers, chopped nuts, vanilla and egg whites/sugar mixture. Spread in 9x13 pan greased. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Top with topping. Refrigerate.
