4 1/2 C Sugar
1 Large Can Condensed Milk
1/8 # Oleo (1/2 stick)

2 Large Hershey Bars (9 1/4 oz size)
12 oz Chocolate Chips
1 Jar Marshmallow Creme (or 16 Marshmallows)
1 T Vanilla
1 Scant Tsp Salt
1 C Nuts
1 Square Bitter Sweet Chocolate

Directions:

Boil sugar, milk and oleo. Immediately pour over the remaining ingredients. Quickly pour into greased large pan. Let set and serve.
