2 C Flour
2 C Sugar
1 T Soda
1 T Salt
2 tsp Cinnamon

4 Eggs
1 1/4 c Oil
3 C Grated Carrots (I use blender)

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together. Add eggs, oil and carrots. Mix and pour into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes.

Frost with 8 oz cream cheese, 1 box powdered sugar, 1/2 stick oleo, 1 tsp vanilla. Sprinkle with nuts.
