5 lb Chicken thighs skinless & boneless 1 chopped onion 2 cloves garlic chopped 1 can mushrooms or 1 cup fresh 1 can tomato soup 1 14oz. can chopped tomatoes 3 tsp curry powder 1 cup White Wine
Flour & brown chicken in oil until golden brown. Inanother pan saute chopped onion, garlic & mushrooms. Once onions are cooked add tomato soup, tomatoes, curry powder, white wine & salt & pepper to taste. Mix well & pour over chicken in a large pot. Cover & simmer for one hour. Serve with rice or bread.
