1 stick butter (creamery)
1 c. sugar
2 c. Half & Half (I use heavy whip cream)
1/4 c. cornstarch
dash of salt
1 T. Vanilla
Top with nutmeg
1 pie shell baked

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, melt butter, add sugar stir to blend. Mix milk and cornstarch then add to butter/sugar mixture. Cook over medium heat (stir constantly)until thick like pudding -add vanilla and salt. Pour into baked pie shell and sprinkle with nutmeg.
