3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. packed light brown sugar
1/2 c. all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sweet potatoes, white sugar, 1/2 cup butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Spread into a 9 x 13 inch pan.
Mix together 1/3 cup melted butter, pecans, brown sugar, and flour. Spoon on top of sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
