1/2 c. red onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. raisins
1 head of broccoli (cut into florets)
1 head of cauliflower (cut into florets)
1 can water chestnuts
bacon
Optional: chopped apples

Dressing:
1 c. mayo
2 T. apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bacon into pieces and cook until crisp. Drain on paper towel and set aside. In a large bowl add chopped broccoli and cauliflower pieces. Add remaining ingredients. Toss with dressing. Chill and serve.
