2 lbs small white onions (not Pearl)
1/2 stick butter
A couple of heaping spoons of flour
Small amt of whipping cream
Salt & Pepper
Poultry Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and boil 2 lbs white onions. Save water.

Cream Sauce: over medium heat, melt 1/2 stick of butter. Add a couple of heaping spoons of flour until paste. Thin past with whipping cream. You want 1 to 1 1/2 cups of white sauce. Season to taste with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning. If sauce gets thick after cooking, thin with onion water.
