2 garlic cloves
1/3 c. pine nuts
2 1/2 c. fresh basil leaves
4 T. grated Parmesan
1/2 c. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender combine the garlic, pine nuts, basil and cheese. Add the oil in a steady stream mixing continuously. Add salt if necessary, but the cheese should be salty enough. Serve over pasta or as a dip with Italian bread. When storing, pour a drizzle of olive oil on top, wrap and refrigerate.
