1 pkg. manicotti shells
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 3/4 c. ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
1/4 c. basil pesto sauce
2 c. spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook manicotti shells and rinse in cold water. Mix egg, cheeses and pesto sauce. Put in plastic bag. Cut a hole in the corner and squeeze mixture into cooked shells. Place in greased baking dish. Cover with spaghetti sauce and more mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

You can make this recipe one day ahead. Place in greased tray, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
