1 lb. round steak
3 Tbl oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 oz. can of mushrooms (drained)
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. sour cream
16 oz. cooked noodles

Cut round steak into think strips, then bite-sized pieces. Brown slowly in oil. Add onion, mushrooms, mustard, salt and pepper. Cook until onion is tender. Add cream cheese (cubed) and stir until melted. Stir in sour cream. Serve over hot noodles.

My sister-in-law, Anita Smarr, gave me this recipe. If the round steak is over a pound, double the cream cheese.
