One medium onion
One package frozen spinach, defrosted
One T. cooking oil
Two T. sesame oil
1 1/2 c. grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Slice onion into very fine slices.
Heat wok on stove top between medium and high heat.
Add cooking oil. Fry onions until transparent.
Add spinach and fry until hot.
Stir in sesame oil and sesame seeds.
Add mozzarella cheese and stir until cheese has melted.
Serve hot.
