Chicken Pasta Salad Recipe

4 cups cooked pasta (tri colored corkscrew or bowtie pasta)
2-3 cups chicken, cubed
5 stalks celery, diced
1 c. red seedless grapes, halved
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained

c. mayo (not Miracle Whip)
1-2 T. sugar
c. red wine vinegar
tsp. salt
pinch ground pepper
pinch of nutmeg
(add more of each depending on your own taste)

Chill pasta and chicken thoroughly.
Mix in large bowl and combine dressing ingredients.
Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
