3/4 c. oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots
1 c. pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, sugar and eggs. Blend flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder,cinnamon; add to mixture; blend and add carrots and nuts. ORANGE GLAZE;1 c. orange juice, 1 c. sugar, l tsp. lemon juice,1/4 c. cornstarch and 2 tbsp. oleo. 2 tsp. grated orange peel and 1/2 tsp salt. Cook till thick, pour over cake Bake in 9x12 pan at 325 for 1 hour.
