1 3/4 C flour 2/3 C Sugar 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Soda 1/2 tsp Salt 2 T Oleo Juice of orange plus boiling water to make 3/4 cup. 1 egg 2 tsp Orange Rind Grated 1 C Blueberries 1/4 C Flour 1 C Nuts
Stir together flour, sugar, bkg powder, soda and salt. Add oleo, orange jc mixture. Add to dry ingredients. Add beaten egg and orange rind. Carefullly stir into batter blueberries tossed with 1/4 c flour. Add nuts if desired. Bake in greased and floured loaf pan at 350º for 55-60 minutes.
