1- (9-inch) pie crust (unbaked)
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 cups sugar
3 Level tlbs flour
1 cup buttermilk
1 tlbs vanilla
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and flour with butter and eggs, beat well. Add vanilla, nutmeg, and buttermilk. Blend until smooth. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325 to 350 for 45-50 minutes or until, when tested with knife, it comes out clean. cool before cutting
