2 Eggs
2 C Milk
1 1/4 C Cooked Cold Rice
1 C Raisins
1/2 C Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
1 Tsp Vanilla
Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until light and thick. Fold in milk. Mix in rice, raisins, sugar, salt and vanilla. Place in buttered casserole. Bank in pan of water for 2 hours at 350. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
