1 1/2 cup salad oil
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
3 cups grated raw apples

2 sticks buttter or margarine
4 Tlbs pet evaporated milk
2 cups dark brown sugar

combine all ingredients together in the order as they are listed above. Bake at 350 for 45-minutes or until done.

Add Enough Powdered Sugar Until Thickened
