1 1/2 c Cut Rhubarb (or more)
2 or 3 T Flour
1 C Sugar
1 C Milk
2 Eggs Separated
1 Unbaked Large Pie Shell
4 T. Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place rhubarb in pie shell. Beat egg yolks. Add sugar, flour and milk. Pour over rhubarb. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes. Beat egg whites stiff. Add brown sugar. Spread over pie and bake 20 minutes longer.
